RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Full price items purchased on stevenalan.com that are postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date are eligible for return or exchange, unless marked as final sale on the product page. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day postmarked period.

All returns will incur a $9 fee to cover the cost of return shipping. This fee is waived in the event of an exchange. Note that duties and taxes paid on international orders cannot be refunded if an item is returned or exchanged.

Please note, not all returns will be eligible based on the following information.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. All discounted/sale merchandise OR items that have evidence of being worn or used.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached.

We will not issue refunds for returned items that are not in their original condition and have signs of being damaged and worn.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, please go through our returns process and choose to exchange instead of a return. The $9 restocking fee is waived in the case of all exchanges.

PROMOTIONS

Please note, items that are purchased at full price that are marked down or offered at a promotional price after the original purchase cannot be price matched.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact email orders@stevenalan.com and have your order number ready and a couple of photos of how you package arrived, and we’re happy to assist you.
