SHIPPING

We offer Free shipping on orders $300+ within the contiguous United States.

Shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days for Steven Alan items. For other vendors, shipping times vary.

There may be general carrier delays that are outside our control.

We don't offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at the moment.

INTERNATIONAL

We take orders from the U.K., Germany, Australia and Canada. We provide competitive shipping rates at checkout to orders shipping to those countries, and shipping fees are inclusive of duties. 

If you are shopping from another country, please visit our store on Garmentory to make international purchases.

ORDERING & PROCESSING TIME

Processing times for Steven Alan items are between 1-4 business days, pending availability and credit card authorization. For other vendors, fulfillment time varies and can be found under ‘’shipping’’ tab on the product page.

We do not fulfill or process orders during the weekend/holidays.

*DURING SALE/PROMOTION/HOLIDAY

For Steven Alan products, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled plus the shipping time depending on the area. Shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
