Return Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Ground - Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing.
2 Day - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.
Next Day - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

Steven Alan processes and ships domestic online orders Monday- Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). Shipments are sent via FedEx.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking.

ORDERING & PROCESSING TIME
Standard Ground orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST will ship 24-48 hours from the time order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization.
Expedited Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped that day (excluding holidays) pending credit card authorization.
Expedited Orders placed Monday- Friday after 3pm EST, Saturday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following day.

Please note, all processing times are subject to change and/or delay due to credit card authorization and item availability. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

WEB RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of order date. Purchases made between November 23 – December 24, 2018 that have surpassed the original 30 day return window are available for exchange/return only through January 15, 2019. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.

Sale items, swimwear, intimates, beauty, books, and home products are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items received as a gift must be accompanied by an Order Receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refund to original form of payment is only an option for original customer with credit card used for purchase.

Steven Alan reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Items shipped back to Steven Alan that are not eligible for return will be refused and returned to sender. Return eligibility is at the discretion of the Store/Customer Service Management Team. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Steven Alan store locations do not accept returns for online purchases.  Please follow instructions below to return web orders by mail.

EXCHANGES

Steven Alan is unable to offer online exchanges by mail. Instead we recommend placing a new order for the desired items, and returning eligible items for a refund. You may also exchange eligible items at one of our retail stores.

PROMOTIONS

Full price items purchased with a promotional discount online that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return or exchange
unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Sale items are always final sale. 

RETURN WEB ORDERS BY MAIL:

    1. Please print your return receipt and place in the box with your securely packed and sealed merchandise. Returns must be shipped with the carrier of your choice. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for your reference.
    2. Please note - sale items, swimwear, intimates, beauty, books, and home products are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Provided the return is eligible, refund will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGE WEB ORDERS TO A STEVEN ALAN STORE:

Eligible online purchases may be exchanged in any of our retail stores within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original Order Receipt.

Items received as a gift must be accompanied by an Order Receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refund to original form of payment is only an option for original customer with credit card used for purchase.

If you purchased with PayPal, only exchange for item(s) of equal or greater value is available at our retail stores. To receive a full refund for PayPal orders,
please return by mail.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCT:

If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact Customer Care immediately at 877.978.2526 or email orders@stevenalan.com and have your order number ready. Please note that order issues must be handled by the online customer service team and cannot be handled in our retail stores.

WEB PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:

Steven Alan will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

STORE RETURN POLICY:

For purchases made in Steven Alan retail stores:

Full priced merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase. Purchases made between November 23 – December 24, 2018 that have surpassed the original 14 day exchange window are available for exchange only through January 7, 2019.

Cash, mail check or credit card refunds are not available. Original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Only merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or had tags removed will be accepted. Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount, bathing suits, Maude products, intimates and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. Return eligibility is at the discretion of the Store Management Team. Additional exclusions may apply.

Please note: Store Credit will be issued on a Steven Alan physical Gift Card with no expiration. Gift Cards / Store Credit may only be used at Steven Alan retail stores and cannot be used toward online purchases. Gift Cards / Store Credit is are treated as cash and cannot be replaced. Steven Alan is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards / Store Credits.

Gift Cards / Store Credit can be applied towards phone orders.
