SHIPPING TIMES

Ground - Delivery occurs in 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Express - Delivery occurs in 2 business days after processing.

Steven Alan processes and ships domestic online orders Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). Shipments are sent via FedEx.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking.

ORDERING & PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed Monday-Friday be processed 24-48 hours from the time order is placed, pending availability and credit card authorization.

Please note, all processing times are subject to change and/or delay due to credit card authorization and item availability. During high season and promotional periods, delivery might take a little longer.


STEVENALAN.COM RETURN POLICY

Full price items purchased on stevenalan.com that are postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date are eligible for return. You can eligible items ordered at stevenalan.com at one of our NYC locations. At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: All sale merchandise, socks and intimates, personal massagers, jewelry, candles, and apothecary goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS BY MAIL:

  1. Please fill out the return form enclosed in your order and place in the box with your securely packed and sealed merchandise. Returns can be shipped with the carrier of your choice as we do not cover return shipping. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for your reference.
  2. Please note - sale items, socks and intimates, personal massagers, jewelry, candles, and apothecary goods cannot be returned.

Provided the return is eligible, refund will be processed to the original payment used to purchase the item within seven (7) business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS IN-STORE:

You may bring your return to any of our NYC locations for a seamless return. Just bring the eligible item and a copy of your order confirmation (paper or email) within 14 days of when the order was received for a refund to the original form of payment. Please note, sale items, socks and intimates, personal massagers, jewelry, candles, and apothecary goods cannot be returned. 

Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

Steven Alan is unable to offer online exchanges by mail. Instead we recommend placing a new order for the desired items, and returning eligible items for a refund. You may also exchange items at one of our retail stores.

PROMOTIONS

Full price items purchased with a promotional discount online that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return or exchange
unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Sale items are always final sale. 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCT:

If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact email orders@stevenalan.com and have your order number ready.

For purchases made in Steven Alan retail stores:

Full priced merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase.

Cash, mail check or credit card refunds are not available. Original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. Only merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or had tags removed will be accepted. 

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: All sale merchandise, socks and intimates, personal massagers, jewelry, candles, and apothecary goods.

Please note: Store Credit will be issued on a Steven Alan physical Gift Card with no expiration. Gift Cards / Store Credit may be used at Steven Alan retail stores or at stevenalan.com. Gift Cards / Store Credit is are treated as cash and cannot be replaced. Steven Alan is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards / Store Credits.
