We offer Free shipping on orders $150+

Shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days for Steven Alan items. For other vendors, shipping times vary.

There may be general carrier delays that are outside our control.

We don't offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at the moment.


If you are shopping internationally, please visit our store on Garmentory to make international purchases. 


Processing times for Steven Alan items are between 1-4 business days, pending availability and credit card authorization.. For other vendors, fulfillment time varies and can be found under ‘’shipping’’ tab on the product page.

We do not fulfill or process orders during the weekend/holidays.

For Steven Alan products, please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled plus the shipping time depending on the area. Shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days. 

For other vendors, fulfillment and shipping times are available under ‘’shipping’’ tab on each product page.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. 

All items in excess of 30% off are FINAL SALE.

All Archive sale items are FINAL SALE.


Please note, once your order is placed it is sent directly to our fulfillment team therefore cancellations or changes cannot be made to your order, ship date, or shipping address. 



Full price items purchased on that are postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date are eligible for return or exchange, unless marked as final sale on the product page. 

All returns will incur a $9 fee to cover the cost of return shipping. This fee is waived in the event of an exchange.

Please note, not all returns will be eligible based on the following information.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged: All discounted/sale merchandise OR items that have evidence of being worn or used.

All items in excess of 30% off are FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached. 

We will not issue refunds for returned items that are not in their original condition and have signs of being damaged and worn.


To make an exchange, please go through our returns process and choose to exchange instead of a return. The $9 restocking fee is waived in the case of all exchanges.



  • Please note, items that are purchased at full price that are marked down or offered at a promotional price after the original purchase cannot be price matched.


If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact email and have your order number ready and a couple of photos of how you package arrived, and we're happy to assist you.
