RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Full-price items purchased on stevenalan.com are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase, unless marked Final Sale.

A $9 return shipping fee applies to all returns and is waived for exchanges. Duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.

All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements or, at our sole discretion, for any reason.

All sale, discounted, and Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed for commercial, editorial, styling, costume, rental, or other non-personal use must be approved by us prior to purchase if a return or exchange may be requested. Orders placed for these purposes without prior approval may not be eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, please go through our returns process and choose to exchange instead of a return. The $9 restocking fee is waived in the case of all exchanges.

PROMOTIONS

Please note, items that are purchased at full price that are marked down or offered at a promotional price after the original purchase cannot be price matched.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged or defective product, or the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact email orders@stevenalan.com and have your order number ready and a couple of photos of how you package arrived, and we’re happy to assist you.
